Throughout these Terms, “Enteecom,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Enteecom. “Customer,” “student,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person who accesses our website, purchases a product, or enrols in a course.

By visiting our website, placing an order, downloading a digital product, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or purchase our products or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally permitted to use the selected payment method

• You will use our products and services only for lawful purposes

However, minor errors, omissions, formatting issues, or technical inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information without prior notice.

The appearance of digital content may vary depending on your device, software, browser, screen, internet connection, or Shopify configuration.

4. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable taxes, processing fees, or other charges may be added where required.

An order is considered confirmed only after:

• Payment has been successfully completed

• The payment has been verified

• You receive an order confirmation or access instructions from Enteecom

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.

If a payment is pending, unsuccessful, reversed, disputed, or identified as unauthorised, we may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel access to the relevant product or course.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products may be delivered through:

• WhatsApp

• Cloud-storage link

• Course platform

• Another delivery method stated on the product page

You are responsible for providing the correct email address and phone number during checkout.

If you do not receive your digital product after successful payment, contact us with your order details. We will verify the transaction and provide reasonable assistance.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed by payment verification, email filtering, platform interruptions, technical problems, or incorrect customer information.

6. Digital Product Licence

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for your personal learning or permitted business use.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the product, source material, intellectual property, trademark, copyright, or content to you.

You may use the purchased educational materials to learn and apply the concepts to your own projects or client projects, subject to the specific licence included with the product.

7. Prohibited Uses

Unless we provide written permission, you must not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share purchased digital products

• Upload our files to public websites, groups, drives, marketplaces, or repositories

• Share course login details, download links, class links, or recordings

• Copy or reproduce substantial portions of our ebooks or course materials

• Record, screen-record, download, or distribute live classes without permission

• Claim our content, designs, code, or training materials as your own

• Remove copyright, licence, or ownership notices

• Use our materials to create and sell a substantially identical ebook, course, template, or digital product

• Circumvent access restrictions or security measures

• Use the website or materials for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity

Unauthorised sharing or resale may result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may lead to appropriate legal action.

8. Themes, Code and Source Files

Digital products containing Shopify themes, sections, templates, or source code may have additional licence conditions stated on the product page or inside the downloaded files.

Unless otherwise stated:

• The files may be used for your own store or permitted client projects

• You must test code before using it on a live website

• You should maintain backups before editing a theme or website

• Compatibility with every theme, app, browser, or future Shopify update is not guaranteed

• Third-party apps, subscriptions, domains, hosting, and payment-gateway charges are not included

• Customisation or installation assistance is not included unless specifically mentioned

Enteecom is not responsible for website errors, data loss, downtime, lost sales, app conflicts, or other damage caused by improper installation, unauthorised editing, third-party services, or failure to maintain backups.

9. Course Access and Participation

Course access periods, schedules, class duration, recordings, support, and included materials will be described on the relevant course page.

Students must:

• Attend classes respectfully

• Avoid abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or disruptive behaviour

• Protect their account and class-access details

• Avoid sharing another participant’s personal information

• Follow reasonable instructions provided by the instructor

We may remove a participant who seriously or repeatedly violates these rules. Access may be terminated without a refund where the violation involves harassment, fraud, content piracy, unauthorised recording, or deliberate disruption.

Live class schedules may occasionally change due to instructor availability, technical problems, emergencies, or other reasonable circumstances. Where possible, affected students will be informed and an alternative session, recording, or revised schedule may be provided.

10. Support Services

Support is provided only where it is specifically included in the purchased product or course.

Support may be subject to:

• A defined support period

• Reasonable response times

• Specified communication channels

• Limits on the number or scope of requests

• Exclusion of unrelated custom-development work

“Live support” or “course support” does not automatically include complete website development, unlimited customisation, business management, advertising management, or third-party service fees unless expressly stated.

11. Educational Disclaimer

Our ebooks, courses, videos, and other materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.

We do not guarantee:

• Employment or freelance opportunities

• A specific income, profit, or revenue

• Shopify Partner approval

• Payment-gateway approval

• Advertising performance

• Website traffic or sales

• Business success

• Any particular learning or commercial result

Results depend on factors including your effort, experience, implementation, market conditions, product selection, pricing, advertising, platform policies, and third-party services.

Any examples of sales, revenue, stores, campaigns, or results are illustrative and should not be interpreted as a promise that you will achieve the same outcome.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and the specific conditions mentioned on the relevant product or course page.

Because ebooks, source files, templates, videos, and other digital products can be accessed, downloaded, or copied immediately, they may not be eligible for cancellation or refund after delivery or access, except where required by applicable law or where the product is materially defective.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content and Enteecom materials—including text, branding, graphics, designs, ebooks, videos, course structures, presentations, code, templates, files, and recordings—are owned by or licensed to Enteecom and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

“Enteecom” and associated branding may not be used in a manner that suggests partnership, endorsement, ownership, or authorisation without written permission.

14. Third-Party Services

Our products or website may use or refer to third-party services such as Shopify, payment gateways, video-conferencing platforms, hosting services, apps, plugins, analytics platforms, or cloud-storage providers.

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for:

• Their availability, pricing, security, or policy changes

• Account approvals or suspensions

• Service interruptions or data loss

• Changes that affect compatibility

• Content or services offered on third-party websites

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

15. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website and digital services available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be temporarily limited due to:

Termination for a serious violation may occur without a refund, subject to applicable law.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact Enteecom and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, disputes relating to these Terms, our products, or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will not unfairly remove rights already attached to a completed purchase.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain effective.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any product-specific licence or conditions, form the agreement between you and Enteecom regarding the use and purchase of our products and services.
